How we work

For sure, CODERN is not a first IT company you came across.
But unlike other softwarehouses, rules of our game are very simple.
Take a look:

First, we’ll set up a meeting.

We believe that no phone call or email can build the blocks of our future relation in a way face to face meeting allows. At this point it’s crucial to get to know, understand and just see if we like each other.

Then, we’ll run a Workshop that will allow us to translate tangible business needs to the language of technology and estimate the flow of the upcoming project.

As a result, we’ll get a concrete set of information, goals and next steps to take in order to see what the project looks like. Clear timetable, precise backlog and reasonable cost estimate are crucial ingredients of the recipe for a successful project delivered on time and within the budget.

During the Workshop we’ll prepare a requirements specification even if you don’t have a clear vision of it yet, or on the contrary – already have a working product that needs review and some adjustments.

That’s why a vast majority of our projects is run in SCRUM methodology. It allows to iteratively deliver tangible results in regular matter and present these results after each sprint.
